Menshevik and Bolsheviks are part of the Social-Democrat Worker's Party which split into two at the beginning of the 20th century in Tsarists Russia. Both the term comes from the Russian language where Menshevik means minority and Bolshevik as the majority. Both of the groups had a different ideology, Menshevik believe in changes by collaborating with the bourgeoisie and middle class. Bolshevik believed in revolutionary and followed the ideas of Karl Marx. The central figures of both groups were Julius Martov as a Menshevik, Vladimir Lenin as a leader of Bolshevik.
