explain the term 'minorities'.why do they lag behind the majority community,both educationally and economally?how they can get their rightful place in society?

Minority are the people who belonging to low community and badly treated by the people.
They lag behind the majority as they don't have permission like to move in temple for worship of god and many other reasons of this...

Basically minorities are used for the social group that is less in number . They are legged behind because sometimes the majority community  don't give importance to the interest of the minorities and as minorities are less in number , they are not able to do several things alone.
