{\underline{\underline{Answer~:-}}}

♣ HERON'S FORMULA

✍️ It is used to find the area of any triangle if the length of its sides are given.

✍️ The formula is :-

\sqrt{s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)} </p><p>s(s−a)(s−b)(s−c)

where,

s = semi perimeter of the triangle i.e. \frac{(a+b+c)}{2}

a, b, and c are the side lengths of the triangle.

✍️ The formula is credited to Hero (or Heron) of Alexandria, who was a Greek Engineer and Mathematician in 10 – 70 AD.

✍️ Amongst other things, he developed the Aeolipile, the first known steam engine, but it was treated as a toy!
