Explain the term reactant and product giving examples.

Reactant side means where two or more elements or compound is react (meet) and
product side means what we get to react this elements or compounds.

Example=
HCl+NaOH= NaCl +H2O
Reactant = product

Reactants is substances undergoes reaction by chemical process . However Product is the substance which formed by chemical reaction

Eg - 1. H2 + O2-->2H2O

Here h2 and o2 are reactants.

and h2o is product.
