GOOD AFTERNOON DEAR:):)

Regeneration is the type of asexual reproduction. It is the growth of an organism from a part of the body. It is a power or ability of a living organism to re-grow the part of the body that gets broken off or cut. When it has involvement with asexual reproduction, then the broken part regenerate into new individual of the same type.

Hydra exhibits Morphallaxis  type of regeneration.

In this type of regeneration the lost part is replaced by the change in the tissues present in the lost part and each injured part forms a complete organism.

HERE IS YOUR ANSWER.........

______________________________

_______REGENERATION________

☆It is the ability of an organism to regain it's lost part.

☆These organisms because of this reason continusly divide and as a result prolify to produce large number of organisms.

☆This kind of reproduction is seen in simple designed multicellular organisms.

☆Some of the examples of hydra , planaria and etc.

☆For example the hydra has been divided it's body parts into head , middle part (abdomen) and it's end part.

•The head regenerats and hence the abdomen and end part are formed.

•The middle part regenerates and hence the head and tail are formed.

•The end part regenerates to get its head and abdomen.
