Rule of law means that every citizen of the country is equal in the eyes of law. There is no discrimination on the basis of caste, religion,sex, social or economic status. Everybody is required to follow a set of laws , be it people, government officials or the elected representatives of people, whom who forms the government. In fact, it is the basic foundation of a democratic system and all the basis of all types of equality.
