The process of Selection:-

  • Welcoming and primary meeting

In this the candidate is welcome to buy the form and the officer collects information about knowledge skill and the working capability of the candidate. If the candidate is found to be suitable in the primary meeting he will be asked to fill in the application form.

  • Receiving and Screening of Applications

The office gets information about the educational qualification and knowledge of the candidate. The candidate along with the application sends different documents of his qualification like marksheet, experience certificate, etc. Incomplete and wrong application are rejected after screening.

  • Taking necessary test

Very types of tests are conducted for the candidates whose applications are accepted.

Types of test:-

IQ test

Aptitude test

Trade test

Psychological test

  • Personal Interview

Candidates who have passed the test are called for a personal interview. The interview committee consists of representatives of management in which departmental head personnel managers and experts from various fields are included. Work related question is asked and the terms and condition of the job is made clear.

  • Checking Reference

The information given by the candidate in the application form should be checked by referring to his present and past employers to get an idea of the current situation. It helps in taking right decision.

  • Preliminary selection

List is made of the selected candidates who are selected from personal interview and whose references are positive.

  • Physical (medical) examination

To make sure that the selected candidate is not suffering from any serious physical problem, they are sent to a specific hospital or doctor for medical examination.

  • Appointment letter

After making the final selection appointment letter is given to the selected candidate which contains information regarding nature of work, workplace, designation, rights and responsibility, remuneration and other financial and non financial details.

  • Induction into the organisation and allotment of work‍

After giving the appointment letters employees are given information regarding the policies of the organisation , organisation environment superiors, colleagues and subordinates after these duties are allotted to the candidates
