Development which doesn't cause overuse of resources,at same time replenishing the existing resources is called sustainable development.It's essential for economic growth as it means 'development should take place without damaging the environment,& development in present shouldn't comprise with needs of future generations.'Preservation of resources determine economic activities of nation hence,promotes economic growth.
