Swardarshan ka matlab hai apni antaraatma ko mehsoos karna ya use apne man mein dekhna.
Agar use mehsoos karna hai toh aapko yeh sochna hai ki aapke saamne ek jyoti chamak rahi hai jiski kirne aap par gir rahi hain.
aur baisi hi ek jyoti aapke maathe par chamak rahi hai.
