Symbiotic relationship occurs between two organisms that are dependent on each other for food or shelter. This is a mutually beneficial alliance.

For example) Some Bacteria live in roots of some plants called leguminous plants. This bacteria fixes atmospheric nitrogen and converts it into compounds which the plants can use for there growth In turn, the bacteria gets sugar as food from the plant as well as a shelter to live in.
