i) Mutually Exclusive Event :-

Mutually exclusive is a statistical term describing two or more events that cannot happen simultaneously. It is commonly used to describe a situation where the occurrence of one outcome supersedes the other.

ii) Impossible Event :-

An impossible event is an event that cannot happen. E is an impossible event if and only if P(E) = 0. In flipping a coin once, an impossible event would be getting BOTH a head AND a tail.
