immunizations - process by which body becomes resistance to various disease

immunity- is the balanced state of multicellular organisms having adequate biological defenses to fight infection, disease, or 

vaccination- the method by which some amount of dead OR weaken germ is injected or orally given to us to develop immunity

vaccines- a material introduced in body through vaccination

Immunity: Immunity is the body's ability to fight against foreign substances and pathogens by producing antibodies that can kill or nutrilise these foreign substances.

Vaccine : Vaccine is a preparatoion used to produce active immunity to a disease.

Vaccination: the process of introducing vaccines is called vaccination.
