Library catalog is the list of all bibliographic things found in a library or a network of libraries, which comprises of the information units of all books, pictures and computer files that are liable for storing in a library.
Shelf list is a catalog of all the books and other library items that are arranged within a shelf of the library and it is a vital part of library catalog.
Index of a library catalog is the list of books arranged according to some important pointers, like names of authors, titles of books in alphabetical order.
