social exclusion is community of people who is kept denied to right that other people enjoy.

vulnerability means a group of people who are more prone to hunger, or adversely effected in any disaster than other people.

social exclusion is a form of discrimination .it occurs when people are partially or wholly excluded from participating in the economic, social and political life of their community ,based on their belonging to a certain social class ,category or group.
