Coagulation-
The phenomenon of a collection of particles to make bigger ones is called coagulation. In case of solutions, to filter the colloidal solutions we use this process.
Theory of coagulation-
In the process of coagulation, the particles transfer to effect interparticle collision and destabilize themselves so as to permit attachment when a collision occurs.
