Evolution theory by natural selection was first formulated by DARWIN'S Book "on the origin of species". Is the process by which organisms change over time as a result of change in heritable physical or behavioral traits.

These changes allows an organism to better adapt to it's environment and also help it to survive and have more offspring.

The theory of evolution has been supported by proof from a wide variety of scientific, discipline, including, paleontology, geology, genetics and developmental biology.

The first proof is the common traits, you and your closest relatives look more a like than you and your cousins.

Likewise you look more like your cousins than you do more your distant relatives than people on the other side of the globe.

The closer you are related the more similarity you share, this is because he similarities have been inherited from a common ancestors. The more faded the distant the similiraty becomes.

The species with the large number of similiraties tend to live near each other, pengin species only live in the Southern Hemisphere, marsupials live almost exclusively in the Americas, lemurs in Madasgacar etc.

If evolution was not true this geographical patterning would make no sense at all,

furthermore these similiraties often seem to be completely arbitrary rather than having some selective advantage.
