1) when we walk, we push our feet on the ground...the ground then pushes us forward, so that we can walk!

2) when we row a boat, we push the oars backwards on the water...the water then pushes our boat forwards with an equal force...

3) when we kick a ball, the force of the kick can cause your feet to bounce a bit backwards, as a force is exerted on your foot that is equal to the force you exert on the ball...
