EXECUTIVE :---It is the duty of executive to implement the laws made by the legislature or the PARLIAMENT. It comprises the PRESIDENT, P. M, and COUNCIL OF MINISTERS
JUDICIARY:----It administers justice and awards punishments to those who break laws.
In INDIA, the Judiciary functions independently without being influenced by the others both organs of the government ---legislature and judiciary but it is binding with our constitution
