♤The oxidation of glucose gives a series of complex biochemical reactions to provide the energy which is used by the cells.
♤The first step in process is GLYCOLYSIS , which produce pyruvate known as the starting point for all the processes in the cellular respiration .
♤In Aerobic respiration these processes have been displayed in TCA .
♤The major use of energy from glucose oxidation is the conversion of ADP to ATP , where ATP is used as ENERGY CURRENCY OF THE CELL .
