2 Exercise for all the parts of body.

3 Stretching and Loosing Exercise should be included.

4 Intensive enough to Increase Body Temperature.

5 Warming-up should be according to the activity or sports.

6 Concerned Movement of Games should be included.

7 Warming-up should be done at Exact time.
