THE THREE R'S TO SAVE THE ENVIRONMENT:

The execussive and indiscriminate use of various types of natural resources is spoiling our healthy environment day by day . We can save our environment by practicing three R'S

A] REDUCE:
It means we use list of the natural resources by cutting down on those particles which lead to their wastage
for example :
1) we can save electricity by switching off unnecessary lights and fans
2) we can reduce the wastage of water by repairing leaking taps
3) we can reduce the wastage of food in marriages parties and etcccc
4) we can reduce the use of LPG by making use of the Solar Cooker for cooking
5) we can reduce the use of petrol by walking or cycling for short distances

B] RECYCLE;
It means we should collect the used and discarded items of paper, plastic ,glass and metals and send them to the respective industries for making fresh paper ,plastic, glass or metal objects

C] RE-USE:
it means that if possible we should use the same things again
for example :
The plastic jars in which we both various food items like jams and pickles we can be used later on for storing things like salt, spices, sugar , pulses and etccccc.
the process of reuse is better than recycling because some energy is used to recycle old objects but no energy is required during reuse .

the 3 R 's to save environment are :
1) Recycle : we must recycle used things so that they are transformed into useful products . like used paper can be recycled again so that less trees are cut. also used plastic bottles can be recycled to make more useful products.

2) Reuse: we must try to reuse things . like jam jars can be used at home for storing some items.

3) Reduce : we must always try that less waste is generated by us . Also we must reduce the use of plastic bags and opt for paper or cloth bags .
