TORRID ZONE

The region between the two tropics, the Tropic of Cancer and the Tropic of Capricorn is known as the Torrid zone.This region receive direct sun rays it heat almost throughout the year. The rainfall in some of the place is very heavy. Thus, they have a hot and wet climate. This reason is also called the tropical zone.
