explain the transmission of impulse through the neuron?

change in environment is sensed by the receptors which causes a chemical reaction at the tip of neuron and then converted to electrical impulse and it travels through the axon and cellbody and at the dendritic tip it is again  changed to chemical impulse to pass through the synapse so this way it is tralvelled
