oxygen taken by lungs are used to oxidize blood and with HELP of heart it is transported to arteries. capillaries HELP for a high webbing of transportation to body. after consumption of oxyxen(to produce energy) the dioxyginated blood is transported back from organs to heart by means of VEINS
