Most basic is ammonia because of highest electron density on nitrogen.
Highest bond angle is in ammonia as nitrogen has highest electron density , repulsion between lone pairs and bond pairs will be more resulting into more bond angle due to small size of nitrogen.

Boiling points of the elements increases down the group mainly because the mass increases. Melting point on the other hand depends on the energy required to overcome the inter-molecular interactions and break the vanderwall forces between the molecules.
