The top soil is washed away. This process is known as sheet erosion. Three human activities which are responsible for the process of soil erosion are deforestation and overgrazing, mining, construction, etc.

Answer:

soil erosion means when the upper layer of soil that is very fertile and rich in humus gets washed away by the action of wind, water, etc.

two types of soil erosion are:

*gully erosion: this means when water flows through field making deep channels as gullies. the land left after this erosion is called ballad because it is infertile and not suitable for growing crops.

* wind erosion: when soil erosion occurs because of wind

human activities responsible for soil erosion are:

*over irrigation

*afforestation

*irrational supply of water
