Tyndal effect is a scatering of light as a light beam passes from a coloid eg. When a light ray enter in our room from window.. We can see the dust particles this is known as tyndal effect

For example, when a fine beam of light enters a room through a small hole ,it creates Tyndall effect due to the scattering of light by the particles of dust and smoke in the air.
