Earlier Germany was divided into 200 petty kingdoms.Then when Napolean came into power he united germany into 39 states. After that the treaty of vienna came into germany which was a loose confedration in germany. Liberty was spread which made peope Liberals and these liberals wanted a nation state governed by the government. The germany was suppressed by the monarches, miliatry, junkers etc. Pressia then tookover the task of unification with the help of pressian army and beurocracy under the leadership of Otto Von Bismark who was the chief minister and the architect of the movement. Then 3 wars were held in 7 years with Austria, Denmark and France and Pressia wins al the 3 wars. 1871 Germany formed German/Pressian Empire under the leadership of Kaiser William I . After the formation of german empire new measures were introduced which were as follows: 1.Modernizing currency 2.Banking 3.Legal and Judicial System
