In Belgium Constitution, Central Government had equal representation for the French and Dutch.
Many of the powers of the Central Government, were given to the State Government and the State Government is not subordinate to the Central Government.
Apart from the Central and State Governments, they have a third type of Government called the Community Government in which the members are elected by the people of one language and they have rights on cultural, religious and language related issues.
