Lets start with phellogen Phellogen is basically another name for cork cambium and are meristematic. It originates from Hypodermis (It is present just below the epidermis)  or from outer layer of cortex.

Phellem It is also known as cork, The phellogen forms some cells outside their middle lamella is suberized due to this the cells become dead and these are known as Phellem (cork).

Phelloderm Phellogen also forms some cells towards inside which is differentiated into parenchyma, these are called Phelloderm or secondary cortex.

Secondary phloem It is a secondary permanent tissue formed from the activity of vascular cambium during secondary growth.
