Lets start with phellogen ⇒ Phellogen is basically another name for cork cambium and are meristematic. It originates from Hypodermis (It is present just below the epidermis) or from outer layer of cortex.
Phellem ⇒ It is also known as cork, The phellogen forms some cells outside their middle lamella is suberized due to this the cells become dead and these are known as Phellem (cork).
Phelloderm ⇒ Phellogen also forms some cells towards inside which is differentiated into parenchyma, these are called Phelloderm or secondary cortex.
Secondary phloem ⇒ It is a secondary permanent tissue formed from the activity of vascular cambium during secondary growth.
