Explain the use of Restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) in detecting molecular mutation.

RFLP is the difference in base pairs of two RE generated fragment between two individuals of a given species .

we first isolate their DNA , then treat with RE and then run in agarose gel electrophoresis. then we compare the separated base pairs .
