Undo, redo, and other shortcut key functions. The following are functions that are not displayed as buttons in the toolbar of the text editor, but you can use them with their shortcut key combinations. To reverse your last action, press CTRL+Z. To reverse your lastUndo, press CTRL+Y.

Redo is function performed on computer that does any undo function again.
for example if you deleted text and performed undo then decided the you wanted that text deleted again you could a redo.
on the PC the shortcut key to redo is usually ctrl +y
