ionization energy increase as carbon ,nitrogen, oxygen,fluorine as atomic number is increasing therefore the effective nuclear charge is also increasing and electrons are tightly bound to the nucleus therefore it is difficult to remove them and hence ionization energy is higher

The increasing order of Ionisation energy is C<N<0<F because along a period the size decrease and Nuclear charge increases.
