The variation of resistance and resistivity with temperature
- On considering some materials such as silver ,aluminium, copper consists of number of free electron s flowing through it
- this type of materials conduct current easily that means that they are very less reactive
- But the resistivity of the material highly depend upon the temperature .
- Thus this explains that the metals offer more electrical resistance if temperature is increased
- On the other hand in non metals if the temperature is increased the resistance is decreases
Temperature
- The temperature is a physical property that expresses the degree or intensity of a heat in a substance or matter.
