Explain the various aspects of the rights to equality?

The Constitution mentions one extreme form of social discrimination, the practice of untouchability, and clearly directs the government to put an end to it.

The Right to Equality is the fundamental right provided under the constitution of India. It ensures that every citizen gets equal treatment in the eyes of laws. It also ensure that there would be no discrimination based on sex, religion, color, caste or creed. Therefore Right to Equality gives freedom and equal opportunities to every citizen of India.
