Water pollution is the major and critical problem. As we all know that water is the major source of life. Without water life is not possible.

Major factors responsible for water pollution are:-

(1) Factories and industries flows their waste in the water which pollute the water so much.

(2) The non recycable wastes like plastic, bottles,etc also flows in the water.

(3) The harmful chemicals also flow in the water also responsible for water pollution.

• The storm is a natural factor responsible for water pollution
• The chemical waste from factories common household waste and sewer are dumped into Ponds, lakes and rivers .
• the leakage from Oil tanks result in oil spills, causing water pollution
• Washing clothes and bathing cattle in rivers, streams, Ponds and lakes also pollute the water .
