Alpha Rays:
Alpha rays are generally produced by the process of alpha decays where it consists of two protons and neutrons found bounded together in a particle. Example: Helium-4 nucleus.
Beta Rays:
Beta particles of beta rays are produced by the process of beta decay. Beta rays are the high energy and high speed electrons emitted during the radioactive decay.
Gamma Rays:
Gamma rays can also be known as the shortest wavelength electromagnetic radiation which more energetic than the other two forms of rays.
