Answer:

The water cycle is also called the hydrological cycle which shows the recycling of water in its different states. First the water from various water resources evaporate. During this process water turns into water vapour(gaseous form). This water vapour when travels up in the sky it condenses to form water droplets/ice chunks(kif the temperature is very low). These water droplets/ice chunks together form clouds. When these clouds cannot hold the water /ice chunks anymore it falls on the surface of the earth in the form of precipitation (rain).

The above cycle is only called water cycle.
