step 1:

now go to the place where your time is displayed. now you can do two things to change your time and date:

1'st way: you can left click on the display of date and time button. now you should click on change date and time settings.

2'nd way: you can right click on the display of date and time button. now click on adjust date/time.

step 3:

now you should click on change date and time button. you can also change the time zone if you want.

you can also choose internet time and you can keep two country's clocks. for example i can add england's time if i want to add more than one clock.
