• Increment in representation of minorities and weaker sections.
• Guidelines should be applied on administration and training should be given to the police force to cope and deal with communal riots and if necessary a special agency should be made to tackle with such practices.
• There is need to change in education system. Education should be given of non -violence, peace , humanism , compassion and secularism etc.
