The intramolecular hydrogen bond is the bond of hydrogen with an atom with another atom of the same molecule. Here ortho nitrophenol is more volatile than para and meta nitrophenol.

So, o - Nitrophenol forms intra hydrogen bond while para and meta form intermolecular hydrogen bond.
