In human heart, deoxygenated blood from all over the body enters right atrium through vans cava when it relaxes after previous contraction then, blood moves from right atrium to right ventricle on contraction of the atrium. From right ventricle, after contraction, blood moves to lungs via pulmonary artery .

From lungs, oxygenated blood enters heart’s left atrium through pulmonary vein and then after contraction, it moves to left ventricle. When left ventricle contracts, blood moves to aorta from which blood goes to all parts of body.
