India has a single integrated judicial system. Unlike the judicial of US , we don't have separate federal and state Court . In our country, the entire judiciary is one hierchy of court.
For Example: India has an Independent judiciary, free from the influence of executive and the legislature .The judge are appointed on the basis of their qualification but they cannot be easily removed by the executive.
Hope it helps !

In India every person has equal right and every one is equal before law. Indian judicial system has several levels and the top is the supreme court. The supreme court has the power to interpret the powers of other two levels of the govt. It act as an umpire if dispute arises between two states . If a person does not get proper justice in high court he can appeal in the supreme court . And the decision of supreme court is final.
