Answer:

Zygote Intra Fallopian Transfer is an infertility treatment done when the fallopian tube is blocked. Ovum is collected from female, sperm collected from male and fertilization happens in vitro. Finally, the zygote is placed into the fallopian tube with the help of laparoscopy. In intrauterine transfer technique(IUT), the embryo is later transferred to the uterus with more than 8blastomeres to complete further development of zygote and embryo.

Answer:

(1) if there is a blockage in the fallopian tubes due to which fertilization is prevented, then ZIFT reatinent is used.

(2) The oocyte is removed form woman's ovary This oocyte is fertilized outside the body under sterile conditions with the known sperms. This forms zygote. This is In Vitro Fertilization (IVF).

(3) Later the zygote is transferred in falloplan tube to achieve pregnancy
