Themodynamics equilibrium -It is an internal state of a single thermodynamic system, or a relation between several thermodynamic systems connected by more or less permeable or impermeable walls

a thermodynamic process is a passage of a thermodynamic system from an initial to a final state of thermodynamic equilibrium.

\mathbb{THERMODYNAMICS \:EQUILIBRIUM: }

Thermodynamic Equilibrium is the state of a system .
⏩Thermal equilibrium refers to a state when temperature of the system is uniform

⏩Mechanical equilibrium refers to a state where there is no pressure gradient

⏩chemical equilibrium refers to a state where there is no chemical potential gradient
or
the composition of the system remains constant and definite .
In a chemical equilibrium the rate of the forward reaction is equal to the rate of the reversible reaction .

=> In the state of equilibrium the macroscopic properties of the system are uniform , well define it and have definite values which do not change with time

\underline{THERMODYNAMICS \:PROCESSES: }

The transition of a thermodynamic system from one state to another is called thermodynamic process.

=> Based on the conditions they are classified into different types ;
1) Isothermal processes.
2) Adiabatic processes.
3) Isochoric processes.
4) Isobaric processes.
5) cyclic processes.
