Difference Between Thermoplastic And Thermosetting Plastic ... Thermosetting plastics have primary bonds between molecular chains and held together by strong cross links. Thermoplastics have low melting point and low tensile strength. Thermosetting plastics have high melting point and tensile strength. Thermoplastic is lower in molecular weight, compared to thermosetting plastic.

Answer:

Hey here is your answer

A thermosetting polymer, resin, or plastic, often called a thermoset, is a polymer that is irreversibly hardened by curing from a soft solid or viscous liquid prepolymer or resin.

A thermoplastic is a material, usually a plastic polymer, which becomes soft when heated and hard when cooled.
