a) tropical rainforest( evergreen forest) : these regions are hot & receive heavy rainfall throughout the year. As there is no particular dry season, the trees do not shed their leaves at the same time. Thus the forest always appear green. This is the reasons they are called evergreen forest.

b)tropical decidious forest: they are also called monsoon forests & are found in India, northern Australia, & central America. The trees there experience seasonal changes & shed their leaves in the dry season to save water.
