"Its not possible to have situation in which speed of the particle is never zero but the average speed in an interval is zero"

Hello,

1) it is saying that :-

speed not equal 2 zero

but

average speed ( which is mentioned below) is zero.

average \: speed \:  =  \frac{total \: distnce}{total \: time}

solution :- no it is not possible

2) speed = 0

but

average speed not equal to zero.

solution :- this is also not possible !

( in both cases we hv to make one as -ve to get zero but sine speed is scaler it is not possible so 4 both it is not possible )
