It means that the weak and poor children, sat inside the classroom are slum and their lives are only the windows of their classroom and not the Map of the world or Shakespeare's head etc...

THESE WINDOWS REFERS TO THE wINDOWS OF THE SLUM CLASSROOM WHERE THE SLUM CHILDREN ARE SITTING NOT THIS MAP BECAUSE IT DOES NOT REPRESENT THE SLUM AREA WHERE THEY LIVE IN POVERTY. THERE WORLD REFERS TO THE WORLD OF POVERTY STRICKEN SLUM DWELLERS. IT HAS NARROW LANES SMALL CONGESTED HOUSES AND DIM CLASSROOMS .
