Lovely Question brother!!!
a: law of inertia works here when bus is in rest you are also in rest but when      bus gains motion our body takes time to cope up the speed as bus                  does start to accelerate very slowly so we feel the effect.
B:karate player has a practice of breaking things while practising his bones        go for a micro fractures due to micro fractures in that specific area bone              becomes strong because of deposite of calcium which makes it strong
there is one more reason it is the way he hit the tiles.
c: dust particles are stick to the hanging carpet when you beat it a force is transferred from the stick to the carpet which places a impact on the mat due to which the dust starts coming out

I loved your Question it war very good
 Hope my answers are right.
